About Us

Since 2012, Texas Health and Human Services has partnered with UT Health San Antonio, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, to coordinate and offer trainings in evidence-based and promising practices. The Centralized Training Infrastructure (CTI) is designed to support the delivery of mental health and substance use services in Texas for the adult, adolescent and youth populations. Our team includes people with diverse skills in clinical psychology, public health, counseling, project management, information technology and security, administration, and more. Our diverse team offers a unique perspective in all we do. We believe in the value of our work and are passionate about providing quality, evidence-based learning opportunities throughout Texas.
